1. What types of lamps do you sell?
We currently sell touch LED lamps and plan to expand our collection with a variety of other lamp styles in the near future.

2. Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all locations within Pakistan. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:

• Urban Areas: 4-5 business days.
• Remote/Rural Areas: 5-7 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

4. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the package. We may also offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount—please check for current promotions.

5. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to track your order on our courier partner’s website.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
